Hi, I’m Lucy.

An award-winning, experienced content and brand expert with a background in consumer brands.

I started Brand Chapters to help businesses build brand advocacy through authentic content across all the customer touchpoints; content that helps, inspires and engages with your target audience. 

I’m also incredibly passionate about diversity and inclusion and I hope you are too. I’ve worked for some big brands in helping to define DE&I policies and ensure brand communications have the right focus on representation to ensure it comes from a place of heart.
